What amazing memories I have of my four years at Deakin studying for a Bachelor of Education in the early 90s. It began as Victoria College but became Deakin as I graduated.
The social events, the catch ups at the caf, union nights with great bands, OWeek, inspiring lecturers and the tutorials they facilitated, my fellow PE department peers. Best of all? The four lifelong friends that I made in Karina, Nerida, Cathy and Vicki, we continue to maintain those relationships and cherish them dearly.
We are all working in the education field and are relatively active members of the Deakin alumni community and look forward to the great events hosted by the University.
